
I’ve made my order, what’s next?
- As soon as we’ve received your order, you’ll be granted a personal service manager. Your service manager will make sure that everything considering your order will go flawless.
- We’ll check if we have the instrument of your choice in stock.
- If so, your instrument will be shipped your way right after we’ve received your payment. Before we ship out your instrument we’ll keep you up to date by sending you pictures and a video of the final sound quality test.
- There’s a possibility that we don’t have your instrument in stock. (for example with custom orders) In this case we will send you regular photo and video updates of the building process.
- When the instrument is shipped you will receive a track & trace number. With this number you’ll always know the whereabouts of your instrument.
- We would love to receive a small user review of your instrument.
- If your instrument doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 2 weeks to return it. After receiving the instrument we will transfer back your money. (excl. shipping costs)
- During the ordering process, feel free to contact your service manager at anytime.
